Vatnsfell Dam forms Vatnsfell Reservoir beside Vatnsfell Power Station in Iceland's central Highlands. The station uses water released from Lake Thorisvatn through the Vatnsfell diversion before it continues downstream into Krokslon.

The dam is approximately 30 metres high and 750 metres long. Vatnsfell Reservoir is a small regulating reservoir covering about 0.6 square kilometres with a storage capacity of around 3 GL.
