Ellidavatn Dam is a historic regulating dam at Lake Ellidavatn and forms part of the structures associated with Ellidaar Hydropower Plant. It was constructed between 1924 and 1928 to increase the water storage available to the power station.

The dam is an earthfill structure with a timber cut-off wall and rock protection on the reservoir side. Control gates were built in the Dimma and Bugda channels, and construction of the dam increased the surface area of Lake Ellidavatn by roughly half.

The dam is protected for its cultural and engineering significance and forms part of the historic hydropower heritage of Reykjavik.
