Skiptárfoss is a waterfall in the Westfjords and one of the region's lesser-known natural attractions.
Skiptárfoss is located in the Skiptá stream where it descends towards Kjálkafjörður. The stream originates at Skiptárvötn at approximately 250 metres above sea level. The waterfall is about 80 metres high.
