Hagongur Dam forms Hagongulon reservoir in the Kaldakvisl catchment in Iceland's central Highlands. The Hagongur storage scheme was constructed in 1997–1999 to increase water storage for the Thjorsa and Tungnaa hydropower system.
The dam is approximately 600 metres long and just over 20 metres high. Hagongulon covers about 37 square kilometres and is one of the larger artificial reservoirs in the Highlands.
