Storaver Dam forms part of the first stage of the Kvislaveita diversion system in Iceland's central Highlands. The dam creates Storaver Reservoir, one of the reservoirs used to collect and convey water towards the Thorisvatn regulation system.

The dam is approximately 800 metres long and reaches a maximum height of about 13.5 metres. It was constructed together with Grjotakvisl Dam and the Storaver canal.
