A panoramic view dial stands on Sandafell above Thingeyri in Dyrafjordur at an elevation of about 367 metres. The summit provides broad views across the fjord, Thingeyri and the surrounding Westfjords mountains.
Visitors can hike from Thingeyri, while a rough road to the summit is suitable for four-wheel-drive vehicles.
