Hotel Stadarborg

Hotel Staðarborg is located in Breiðdalur beside Route 1, in a former school building that has been renovated as a hotel. Its location is convenient for travellers moving between Egilsstaðir and southeast Iceland.

The hotel has 30 spacious rooms with private facilities. An on-site restaurant and hot tub are also available.

The location can also work well as a base for a wider journey through Austurland. Other pages worth exploring when planning the same regional trip include Hólmatindur and Vattarnes. Check current services, seasonal opening information and booking conditions before travelling.
