Guðrúnarlaug is a small geothermal pool in Sælingsdalur in West Iceland, closely associated with Guðrún Ósvífursdóttir from the medieval Laxdæla saga. The present pool was reconstructed near the site traditionally linked with an older bathing pool, combining geothermal bathing with one of Iceland’s best-known saga landscapes. A visit can be combined naturally with Laxdæla Saga and Búðardalur . Visitors should treat the site with care and respect local conditions.

The place can form part of a wider trip through West Iceland, combining naturally with other landscape, heritage and travel experiences depending on interests and season.
