Foss á Síðu is a magnificent town park about 10 km east of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. A beautiful waterfall falls from the cliffs above the town, from a lake called Þórutjörn. This magnificent spectacle captures the attention of all who pass by. There is an easy walking route up to Þórutjörn and from there there is a beautiful view of Síða. Not far from Foss on Síða are also Dverghamrar. Dwarf hammers are peculiar and beautifully shaped boulder cliffs of bluestone.

Foss á Síðu cascades over the cliffs above the farm of the same name. Its water flows from Lake Þórutjörn above the cliff edge.
