Campsite information
Álftavatn Campsite is located beside the Iceland Touring Association huts and is one of the main stops along the Laugavegur trail.
The trail connects with Hrafntinnusker, Hvanngil and Emstrur.
The campsite is beside the Iceland Touring Association huts at Álftavatn. Campers have access to toilets, drinking water and washing-up sinks. Showers are available for a fee. Campers do not have access to the hut kitchens.
