Eyvindarhola Cave
Eyvindarhola is a small and inconspicuous cave shelter in a lava field in West Iceland. The site is associated with stories of the famous outlaw Fjalla-Eyvindur and his wife Halla.
The entrance is narrow and difficult to locate. Archaeological records describe stonework and traces of human use, giving the cave cultural as well as geological significance.
