Digranes Church was taken into use in 1994 and serves as the parish church of the Digranes district in Kópavogur, part of the Capital Region of Iceland.
The parish area extends from Kópavogur Rift in the west, south of Nýbýlavegur, and eastward toward Skálaheiði. The parish serves approximately 9,000 residents.
The church features modern architecture with a main sanctuary, chapel, and multipurpose facilities. It hosts regular services, concerts, and community events throughout the year.
