Langidalur Campsite lies in the heart of Þórsmörk, surrounded by birch woodland, glaciers and numerous hiking trails.
The area can be explored together with Básar Campsite.
Langidalur campsite is beside the Iceland Touring Association hut in Þórsmörk. Campers have access to toilets and drinking water and showers are available for a fee. A communal shelter is provided for cooking and eating.
